Thw location and the personal is nice, cheapest in cannes
U can hardly name it as a hotel, its a very small residential building, with a smal elevator and dark corridors, u haveto light them in every corner the bathroom is ok, but the room looks ugly in general, but if ur just looking for a night to stay, and spend most of the time outside, its fine then

Perfect location. Very good value for money. Very amicable stuff/owner. Could be a little noisy as there is an Irish bar and couple of bars right next to it which is perfect for starting your night.
Could be noisy.

Very very good stay, can just recommend!
It's a beautifully designed small hotel with affable staff members. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the Irish bar. Thanks, you are amazing...

I was happy with hotel's great and incredible location on the pedestrian street. There was a wide array of options for breakfast, including coffee and croissants, I enjoyed it. The staff members were amiable and pleasant. Location: the property was not far from Cannes, the center of Cannes, and the beach, shopping street, restos&bars and train station~ all in walking distance😀👍

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel in Cannes! The owner was extremely friendly and helpfull, the room was quite small but with a nice balcony and very clean. Great place - just 1 minute to the very center of the Rue d' Antibes and 3 minutes walk to either beach and Croissette or railway station. The hotel will be good for young people - a little noisy at night on the street but lots of pubs and bars around - great for nightlife loves.

That it was very close to the festival!
There was confusion over our room booking and when we'd thought that'd we'd discussed booking an additional night on our stay, the owner hadn't booked it in. Then on what we thought was our 2nd last morning of our stay we were confronted by a quite rude hotel owner basically giving us ten minutes to get out. This totally threw our holiday out of whack and we ended up moving on from Cannes, which was not our preferred option!

Very welcoming and helpful people at reception. My room was small but had everything I needed and a nice, big window. The stairways and hallways were covered with framed posters of the Cannes film festival. So close to shopping, cafes, train station, beach.

The hotel staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. They were involved in every aspect of my stay, ensuring that I was well taken care of. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with an easy walk to the beach and train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds that provided a good night's sleep.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

though the room was small it had air conditioning (very important in the hot summers in cannes) it was quiet enough even though lots of pubs around staff was very freindly
location may not be the best but train station was close by and also parking a found the price a bit high for what it offered but then again it's cannes we're talking about
